Privacy policy and processing of personal data
This privacy policy explains how the Combiwood Group sawmills collect, use and protect the personal data you share with us through the combimill.ee and toftan.ee websites or in communication with us.
Data controllers
These websites are operated by three separate legal entities. The controller of your personal data is the sawmill you contact or with whom a contract is entered into — Combimill Sakala OÜ, Combimill Reopalu OÜ or Toftan AS. Website browsing statistics for combimill.ee and toftan.ee are collected into a single Google Analytics account used by all three companies.

Definitions
The controller is the party that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. The processor is the party that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person — for example a name, contact details, an identification code or location data. Processing is any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use or deletion.
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
Which data do we collect and for what purpose?
If you contact us through the website to ask for more information about our products or services, to request a quote or to offer logs, we collect and process your name, email address and telephone number.
We process this data in order to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a contract entered into with your participation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
Website browsing statistics
When you visit the website, non-personalised technical data is collected about the visitor: IP address, browser version and the time of the visit.
We use Google Analytics to collect statistics. Analytics is not started until you have given your consent — until then analytics cookies are blocked through Google Consent Mode v2. This data is not connected to your identity and is used only to analyse use of the website.
Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the website to work and — with your consent — analytics cookies to collect visit statistics. We do not use advertising cookies.
Allowing cookies is not strictly necessary for the website's main functions. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer, and you can also manage and disable cookies in your browser settings.
How long do we store data?
Non-personalised technical data collected on the website is stored without a term.
We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to respond to your enquiry, to provide the service and for our communication.
Sharing of personal data
We share your data only with processors located in the European Economic Area who provide us with, for example, analytics and support services. Where necessary, we share an enquiry with the Combiwood Group company responsible for it.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data collected about you, to request its correction or deletion, to restrict its processing and to object to processing.
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer and choosing “Decline”.
If you wish to have your personal data deleted or to withdraw other consent you have given, contact the relevant controller using the contact details above. We will remove the data related to your enquiry from our systems.
